Noyed, Myrna Ann age 83, of Edina, passed away on 1/15/2021, of heart failure. She was born in Benson, MN, to Irving and Bertha Landmark, and was the oldest of five daughters. Myrna studied at Gustavus Adolphus and Bethesda Hospital to become a Registered Nurse. She worked at Swedish Hospital, Hennepin County Medical Center and Phillip's Eye Institute. She loved helping people heal. For many years, Myrna and Rod lived on Lake Minnetonka, where they enjoyed boating and Rod ran a Hot Air Balloon company. Myrna was truly loving, caring, supportive and thoughtful for her family and many friends. She loved adventure and travel and visited 49 countries, including Margarita Island, Venezuela, where she and Rod owned a condo. Myrna was a genealogist and documented family histories. She taught Tai Chi classes. She also volunteered at Jericho Road Ministries. She is survived by her loving partner of 41 years, Rodney Larson, her sons Philip (Rachel), Jeffrey (Krista), her grandchildren Molly, Katie, Brian and Lindsey, her sisters Beverly and Marlene (Jim), and many nephews and nieces. She is preceded in death by her parents, Irving and Bertha Landmark, her daughter, Karen Noyed, her sisters, Shelby Geise and LoAnne Vickerman, and her granddaughter, Stephanie Noyed. A small service will be held at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel at 2 p.m. Jan. 26 for family and close friends. The service will also be available via Zoom.
